Saucony Triumph 17 vs. Saucony Triumph ISO 5

The Saucony Triumph 17 is the successor of the Saucony Triumph ISO 5. Of course you are used to a different number of the running shoes, only Saucony has chosen to give the neutral running shoe a completely new look. In addition to the design being completely renewed, the technologies have also received a major update. You can read about the differences between the Saucony Triumph 17 and the Saucony Triumph ISO 5 in this blog.

Saucony Triumph 17 running shoes with a better and tighter fit

Saucony Triumph ISO 5 running shoes were equipped with ISO technology. However, many runners experienced friction while walking and the Triumph ISO 5 did not fit as expected. That is why FORMFIT technology has been created for the Saucony Triumph. The upper is more flexible, moves better with you and connects more tightly, without compromising your freedom of movement. The particularly soft microfibre material on the tongue and heel lining provides more comfort.

The midsole of the Saucony Triumph 17 is 25% lighter than that of the Saucony Triumph ISO 5

The EVERUN midsole has been replaced for the PWRRUN + midsole. In addition to seeing this change directly in the design, you also notice the difference immediately if you already walk on the Saucony Triumph ISO 5. The new midsole gives more energy back (5%) and is 25% lighter. You walk with sufficient cushioning, without sacrificing your responsiveness.

Available in various bright colors

The Saucony Triumph ISO 5 for men and women is executed in a number of bright colors and the brand embroiders on it further for the Triumph 17. The running shoes are available in light blue color schemes. You walk with extra grip during your landing and propulsion thanks to the rubber plate at the heel and toes.
